Session duration: 15 minutes Cupping is an ancient Chinese practice by acupuncturists in which cups are applied on certain acupoints, as well as to regions of the body that are affected by pain. By using change in heat or by suctioning out air, the pressure in the cup is reduced so that the skin and superficial muscle layer is drawn into and held in the cup.
